DESCRIPTION

The house has a maximum occupancy of four people (it is the one with the awning down) and is on a small complex called Complejo Mar, with a private community swimming pool.This is only available to the 44 houses.

There are now five golf courses nearby and the Aqua Park is just over 5 minutes away by car. Wind surfing and other water sports can be hired in Mojacar.

The 4 mile beach is no more than a 5 minute walk. There are also many small coves all along the coast.

The local restaurants and bars are reasonably priced. On the other hand there are excellent restaurants out in the country or up in the hills.

Garrucha is nearby and has numerous fish restaurants and shops. If one goes through the town you come to Mojacar which is made up of the old white village on top of the hill and a lot of different bars/restaurants down on the strip.

Pueblo Laguna has three small supermarkets and for a bigger shop there are again four larger ones within 5 mins by car.

The house has a large terrace with an awning infront of the lounge overlooking the pool. Here one can dine out using the table and four chairs.

Inside the property every room has a three speed ceiling fan fitted plus additional portable ones.

The lounge has a patio window and there are two settees. The television has Sky satellite with the normal terrestrial channels.

The kitchen has a large pine table and will seat 4 people easily. There is ample crockery and glasses for all occasions and the same applies to pans and cutlery. The electric cooker has four hobs including a fan oven and there is a microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Between the lounge and kitchen is a downstairs toilet with wash basin

On the first floor you will find a brand new bathroom that has the normal Spanish fittings such as; shower,toilet, bidet and wash basin.

The main bedroom overlooks the pool area and has ample space for storage in the integral wardrobes. The bed is a double size. A safe is for your usage as well. There is bed linen and towels for up to 4 guests. A child stairgate and travel cot is also provided.However you will need to bring your own child sheets.

The guest bedroom has 2 single beds and again ample storage space. Leading off this room are internal stairs up to a large roof terrace which is completely private. It has it own outside shower plus sun beds and a tiled bench plus table and chairs

The airport at Almeria has a transfer time of just over 45 mins to our house. Alicante is under 2 hours away by car,likewise for Murcia.

The bookings are on a Saturday/Saturday basis, but this can be adjusted outside main school holidays. A deposit of 15% is required which will be refundable if cancelled within 8 weeks of travelling.

The weekly cost includes all electricity and water usage with linen and towels taken away weekly for cleaning.
